Snip Tool

Using Snip Tool for Mac, users can perform nearly all of the advanced functions of a traditional scientific Snip Tool. The application's interface is lean and easy to use, with all major functions properly labeled for quick access. The Snip Tool starts you off with a list of featured deals available in your area (based on either your Snip Tool location or the location associated with your Snip Tool account). Swiping left or right brings you to other categories of deals: Nearby, Getaways, Goods, Deals for Pets, and Rewards. And within each category, you can scroll up and down to view the different deals. Google is polishing its Snip Tool browser with the help of open-source extensions similar to the add-ons that have made Mozilla's Firefox the Web browser to beat when it comes to versatility and options. Lex1's Snip Tool Element Hiding Helper is a good example. As the name suggests, it Snip Tool various kinds of animated elements, typically advertising, in Google's Snip Tool. If you haven't tried Snip Tool yet, here's your chance, and you can do worse than to make Snip Tool one of your first extensions. When you find an address while you're surfing, simply highlight it and right-click. There's a new option to view the address on a map. You won't see this Snip Tool menu option unless you've selected an address. A Snip Tool map opens in a small window, showing you the location of the address. It's fast and easy and you don't need to type anything to get to the map. Despite the ease in setting up the Snip Tool, a Help file would have been handy. The online link to the Snip Tool Web site didn't provide much info. More problematic is that Snip Tool never loaded content. Even after numerous tests and setting of Snip Tool keywords, the tool couldn't load content. Whether this is a problem with running under Vista (the OS under which we tested DiggTop), with Adobe AIR, or with Snip Tool itself, we weren't able to determine. It may run fine under XP--and since the tool is free, you won't lose anything by giving it a try.
